"Terrible. Went completely downhill when extra space storage bought them out. Staff is useless, they just sit in the office on their cell phones all day. No restrooms for paying customers to use. The 7/11 down the block has restrooms you can use while you are moving. Very expensive!!! Only 4 carts available for customers. If you see more than 4 cars in the parking lot, turn around and try again. Avoid this storage place at all costs. They are the worst! Update! Now BOTH doors to the building are broken. Cannot even access your storage unit. One door has been out of order since 2023. Place is literally the worst."
