"Horrible customer service. I can understand if things need to be validated through an electronic service via text but you'd think the person at the front desk could have taken an extra minute to explain this and make sure I got this done when I arrived instead of being notified 40 minutes later of this. For some reason it did not go through after this again and then I had to ask 20 minutes later what's going on. Once again I understand if this is the system in place but making sure the customer is aware of this really isn't a tough ask because an extra question could have saved them from losing business. This could have easily been avoided"

"Whoever was working the front desk 1/9 at 5:35 is a disgrace to have as an employee for ANY company. I made an appointment to have my wheels balanced at 5:30pm and he stated to me I have to come back in the morning which defeats the purpose of me making an appointment for tonight. I explained I could not come back he asked what my issue is I said I have vibration in my wheels at high speeds.(my dad is a mechanic and rode in the car and said to get my wheels balanced) he then told me he does not want to do this work tonight so he will not help me.. so I said fine and walked out he said from across the desk “I can charge you for no reason if you’d like” I said no it’s okay I’ll take my business elsewhere” I have bought every set of tires I owned from this place but I will NEVER be back in this place ever again.what a total disgrace to a company to treat a loyal customer that way. The manager can reach out to me if they would like more information."

"Had an appointment to get tires, and Mikey was more than helpful. They unfortunately didn’t have my tires that ordered (not their fault) but he priced out another brand that which just as good! As far as the other reviews about waiting, yes you have to wait they are very busy. So I decided to leave my car and it was fine they called when it was done. All the staff collectively was amazing!"
