"I DO NOT RECOMMEND Waited 2 and a half hours to get inspection for owner to look out the window at my car and say he couldn’t do inspection because of rear window tint. Rear windows on car are factor tint. Section 375 (12-a) of the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law does not allow a windshield or front side windows that are dark. The windshield and front side windows cannot block more than 30% of the light. Seventy percent or more of the light from the outside must pass through the window. So basically he chose not to do inspection because he had more lucrative jobs. Before I left I asked one of his mechanics about my tint and they had the same confused look I had. That was all the validation I needed. I DONOT RECOMMEND"
