Bay Shore Golden Touch Car Wash

"First time here and last. I paid for a Super Deluxe for $37.96. I attached is a picture of services and prices with what I paid and expected to be done. I was told my car was ready from one of the employees. So, I left as I looked around my car I noticed none of my chairs were vacuumed. My seats are black the dirt stands out. They only vacuumed the floor and its mats. No one worked on the interior. So, I called to ask what services are included in the Deluxe and returned to the car wash. Shortly after I arrived the owner stepped out to speak to me. I explained calmly that they only washed the exterior and dried and it. That's all that was done. So, he told the employees to wash my windows only. I told him the other services weren't done. He then told me show me where its dirty. I showed him my door was greasey. He said thats the cleaner. I repeated, Sir no one worked inside my car. I told him to look in the cameras. He stormed mad and told his workers to do the entire services. The doors were wiped, dashboard, steering wheel, center and the seats. Services I paid for. Now, my car is clean the interiors shine from the cleaning product used. Even the car smells clean from the cleaner. I get it people make mistakes but the way it was handled was unprofessional. The owner and its employees know what a clean car looks like and smells. They tried to take me as a fool. You have services clearly listed on what I paid for and I expect them to be done. Nothing more nothing less."

"They are overpriced for the horrible service they provide, they said my car was ready in five minutes,I paid for superior full service , they didn’t wipe ANYTHING inside, even though I paid extra for my tires, they were still noticeably dirty, when I pointed out that they didn’t clean, they took my car back to back line to re wash, they bought it back in 10 minutes still the same( they didn’t wash) . I was so frustrated with them, employees didn’t speak English to understand anything I said, I never had a bad experience like this before. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE."

"This place has always done a wonderful job with my car. I usually get the full service which cleans the inside and out. I would recommend you take out any obstacles that would prevent them from being able to vacuum properly though. It's more like an assembly line you go in and get out."
