"As far as I'm concerned the engineers did not do their job calculating to raise the parking lot because half of it underwater shouldn't call it a park either because there's nothing for the kids to do it's just for boats no restrooms no playground no picnic area they do have running water spigots but that's only in the summertime that's even if they work"
