"Very upset. Came and bought a used tire for 60 dollars on Sunday Saint Patty’s Day. Today the tire I bought I just bought was low and the PSI was at 11. The tire looks like it was an older one they gave me was cracked. Will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. If you guys are going to charge 60 for a used tire, I would expect better, not leaking air less than 48 hours later! And no, I didn’t hit any potholes or nails!!!!"

"I was in need of 2 tires, was on my way to a tire place and almost made it, 5 min away I had to pull over on Sunrise Hwy because my spare went flat. Triple A couldn't tow me for 2 hours and all the tire places would've been closed. I called Patchogue Discount Tires, was able to send my tire size in a picture and the owner sent his roadside service to change my 2 tires on the side of the road! Chris and his partner came in 20 min, took them 30 min to repair both tires, they set up cones, were very professional and gracious. The cost was $160+tax, I asked them to charge me $200 so they could both have a $20 tip and they charged my credit card right there, gave me a receipt. Was able to cancel the Triple A tow, drove off with 2 new tires and I'll be back to Patchogue Discount Tires for them to check my other tires as well. Wonderful customer service, great price and Roadside Service! Would recommend to anyone, they are located in Patchogue, NY."
