"I would give it zero stars if I could. Dave claimed he would be able to get the job done. But could not match my paint I told him afterwards I just want my car and my money back and now my car is being held hostage because his workers do not know how to properly paint a vehicle and I won’t pay until it’s right avoid this place HE WILL SCAM YOU (looking like I have to take him to court all because he doesn’t know how to do his job) he keeps crying that insurance didn’t give him enough money to complete the job. Excuse excuse excuse… if they give him more money to “paint my quarter panels” I’m truly scared he will make things worse because I’ve seen his work throughout the years he’s just trying to get more money out of it because he is a scam artist"

David was thorough and accurate in the work that needed to be done. I got the car back when it was promised. They took care of everything!! Got me a rental and dealt with the Insurance company!!! It sucks to be involved in a car accident!! My advice: After you get done with the police report, Call Pacheco Auto Body. Let them handle everything!! Stress free is always easiest!! Thank-you Pacheco!! Hope I won't need your services again. But if I do, I'm calling you guys!!!"
