"Just like every other wash. Waited over an hour on line (which was a nightmare itself because it’s extends into Suffolk Avenue). They don’t clean seats, which was my main intention, and the door pockets were untouched (yes they were empty). $50+ isn’t a huge loss, but paired with how long it took & the result, I wouldn’t waste an hour."

"Not sure if this place has ever heard of customer service but the guy running the resister is the absolute rudest person I have ever encountered. I think he’s the owner but has no business dealing with customers if he can’t keep his poor attitude to himself. I watched him berate a 9 year old girl 6 times in English and twice in a terrible attempt at Spanish because she was looking through a display of air fresheners. Asked her can I help you over and over again instead of addressing the mother who was standing 2 feet away. Won’t be returning here regardless of how my car turns out. I refuse to support a business like this. Response to Owner: This review was posted before I bumped into you, and I was going to edit it based on our conversation (which wasn’t the best justification that you are aware he’s nasty and he’s always like that,but I figured I’d cut you some slack for a poor hiring decision) However, considering your response to the review, it tells me all I need to about the culture of customer appreciation that you cultivate at your business. I will say, the car was very clean though, so kudos to the staff actually doing the hard work. You just need to get someone else on that register that can help you retain customers!"

"I’ve been washing my car there for 8 years, but I think I’m done because I’ve been experiencing some issues with the new staff. Lately when i take the car for a wash, it comes out duty not properly cleaned, and one of the employees gave me an attitude last time i told them that the car wasn’t clean. My last experience with them was this afternoon and again I experienced the same issue so I’m never going back there again."
