"Frustrating that all summer the station has been closed for construction which includes both benches and areas for shade. There's nowhere to sit for shade in the sweltering heat and the temporary trailer waiting room has never once been unlocked for me use. Since the station is closed, there are no vendors there to sell you food or beverages, kind of a pain when you need water and have to cross the street to the deli when you're time constrained. I'm stuck sitting on the grass with a group of people now waiting for a 30minute late train to arrive, this is ridiculous. At the very least setup some benches and areas for shade, or better yet actually have the temporary waiting room opened and usable as intended. I'm not sure why it's locked every single time I'm there, not a single time all summer I've been able to use it."
