"Mayfair Limo Service was scheduled to pick up my family of 12 at JFK 12/30/23 arriving from fort Lauderdale following a Caribbean Cruise. They provided a confirmation E-Mail during our cruise giving me confidence that they knew what was required to ease my mind and concerns everyone has when returning and looking for a Limo Service at an airport.. Mike, the driver called when we landed, gave instructions on getting luggage and where he would be. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process of getting luggage, walking out to where he was. and taking us home with 3 dropoffs. He made the trip from the Airport easy.. KUDO's to Mike and Mayfair ....."

"One star is too much for this company. My wife and I were going to Mexico and were supposed to be picked up at 4am to go to JFK. They never showed and when we called at 430am we were told the driver overslept. The driver could be there in an hour for a 7am flight. I understand people make mistakes and things happen. Alls we were told was to take an uber. No apology and how can we fix nothing. No email no call. We used this company for over 20 years. We will no longer use them ever again. The only positive was we did use uber and they were awesome. We’ll be using them again for all our travel to the airport etc."

"The most unprofessional and poor customer service I've ever experienced. After my family has used this company for the past 10 years for all business and personal trips, I had a reckless driver that was texting and driving and yelling out the window at other drivers. When I called to complain about this driver, I had no intention of leaving Mayfair - just reporting the driver b/c I haven't had a terrible driver like this before. Amanda, the owner, greeted me with an aggressive attitude and accused me of trying to scam them of free trips while also defending the reckless driving. My family has paid for at least $10k worth of car service over the years. I will never contribute another cent to a company that treats their customers this way. Nice Job, Amanda!"

"We used Mayfair Limousine Service for a recent wedding we attended. From pick up to drop off we had top notch professional service, the driver took the time out to help us navigate the entertainment system and when we couldn’t figure something out he did it for us. We had the Road Stallion and wow what an gorgeous vehicle it was. Immaculate, Huge TV, fridge, captains chairs and so roomy. The captains chairs were a huge help for my little one who is still in a booster seat. We were so pleased with the professional service we received from Mayfair we will definitely be using them for our future events."
