"The people here are fantastic!!! From the vacuum crew to the car wash to the detailed finish. These guys work hard and it shows. I come only here to get my car washed. Wish I had time to come more often! They have great discounts and options for detailing as well as ad-ons for regular washing. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. They have benches outside and inside. The wait is worth it. I have a Thule. Not all car places will accept my car. So this is a big plus for me. I highly recommend Touch of Class for anyone who wants a clean car."

"This was the first time using this car detailing and wash company. Overall I was super impressed with the attention to detail with the interior and exterior of my vehicle. The staff was able to remove stains that I thought would never come out. I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the extremely rude cashier who works on Tuesdays. As this was my first time in I had questions and wanted information for future services. I was met with extreme attitude and rudely told look on the website and that she is to busy to answer my questions with lines of people. There was no one waiting it was just myself as a few people sitting down while their vehicles were being worked on. And I had gone on the website but had further questions. After walking out to my car the wonderful manager came over to ask why I was upset looking after explaining what happened he very kindly explained all the services and the coupons that can be applied. It is because of him that we will be returning. However never again on a weekday while that cashier is working."

"When I started going here a few years ago they did a fantastic job. But the last few time I have been here they have done very poorly. I just left there car looks half vacuumed dirt everywhere and for with tip spending $55 definitely just keeps getting more expensive with quality of work going way down. I tried to get the attention of the guy who finished my car by yelling towards him to get his attention 10 feet from me and he kept walking and ignoring me. Was going to go inside but just figure it's time to cut my losses and find a new car wash that does a better job."

"I use to love this place, they use to do such a good job but last week I got my car washed and I paid $75 expecting same service and unfortunately was one of the worst washes I got in my short life. I honestly think they gave my car the most basic wash and forgot thelat I got the top level car wash. I don't think I'm coming back and try the car wash in Holbrook , I hear great things about it. EDIT: Update from my last review, I knew they wouldn't let me down. I'm simply impressed of how much they care about their costumers INDIVIDUALLY. They reached out to me personally to resolve the issue, I already feel special and they earned my loyalty back. I love 30 min away and this type of costumer service makes it worth trip! Great car even better customer service."

"This is an awful car wash place . For a full service car wash ( worth $40) they did a terrible job. It is more like $20 wash for what they do. There were dirt marks all over the car even after the wash also along the edges of the trunk which should be a default vacuum and wipe and not involve detailing. The service isn’t great either when I asked the person there to clean a spot he said I’d have to pay more. I also think he damaged the seal around my door but I’m not 100% positive since I don’t have any evidence supporting that. They seemed very disinterested too. Overall very dissatisfied. I advise to the business is if you’re charging this amount atleast make sure the basic job is done well. I’m not coming back here and would certainly would not recommend getting your car washed here because of the above reasons and pictures."
