"Waiting room was dirty and cold . It had four heaters. None were working . We weren’t allowed to drive the car onto the bay like we did in past . Shop floor was slick with oil . The waiting room was as well . Since I never had to get out of the car in the past I never noticed how filthy the place was . I’ll never go back to this location."

"Terrible unprofessional inexperienced went for oil change and had wiper blades changed and air in tires what a nightmare first wrong blade tire over filled to60 lbs suppose to be30-35 and oil all over side of motor because someone poured in wrong place then they tried to tell me my car has bad oil leak second drove to and from work 200 miles car making loud noises losing power get to service to find out not one drop of oil in my car mind you it was two days after oil change real mechanic found oil cap seal was not on properly it was on threads not in seat where it belongs so car pumped out all oil not only did it cost more to have done the right way but the internal damage that it caused plus my loss of time due to negligence I will never allow anyone I know to go there! My car now has cam sensor code and 3 real professional mechanic state due to no oil in motor car now has internal damage jiffy lube still has not even called me to rectify this problem so I guess they will be talking to my attorney. Want to add they said reimbursement check was in mail two months ago I retained lawyer so now I hope they like idea of paying court fees lawyer fees and reimbursement for damages when all these liars had to do was just reimburse me for their screw up of me having to get towed get oil done right way and give back money I paid those lying con artists so see you soon in court jiffy lube of st James to think all you had to do was send reimbursement for damages you accepted responsibility for I’m only getting started you liars will never do this to anyone else ever again"

"Greeted right away, staff was friendly and courteous. Went on a Sunday, early afternoon, it was fairly busy, but the staff made sure to welcome me and walk me through each step politely and letting me know how long it would be. All around great job."
