"I will try my best to be fair, I will just tell you as it happened. I went for the oil change, I stopped car in front of the empty garage door which was opened. He came to me and told me to the move the car, and I wanted to ask him the price quickly before I moved the car because it was my first time there. In answer to my question about price: he said he has a car he is working on, and then he said which type of oil, and I told him I have the oil. And then he said he can’t do it. He told me to go to mavis. It was a strange experience, his tone wasn’t the best, he was dismissive and wasn’t welcoming at all. I just left disappointed. Maybe it he was having a bad day. But I write this for accountability. Because he had the same demeanor throughout this mini conversation we had."
