"The staff is friendly however the service not so good. Most times they do not spray the wheel wells. One time I had to go through 3 times before my Jeep was clean. I also have to say they do not dry the cars properly. In fact I just went through with my friend in his Mercedes and they failed to wipe down the sun roofs and didn’t do such a great job on the rest of the car. Why should we pay and tip for a service that we have to then go home and finish ourselves?"

"Ehhh not awesome. I have a white car, that I wouldn’t say was filthy but definitely needed a wash. I got the $17 wash (mid-tier). One employee at the entrance to give a quick power wash, but only did the driver side of my car. Inside wash is very colorful but over very quickly. Two employees toweling off were also suspiciously quick, but nice. I pulled into the vacuum area and my car was still pretty dirty. I keep some microfiber cloths in my car, so while it was still wet I cleaned up the rest. Vacuums were good and strong though, and included in the wash packages. I will say that my tires and rims look nice and shiny. Overall it was not great, I would have done a better job myself for less than $17 at the self service wash further east on 109. Maybe it’s a better deal if you get the membership because then you could have them wash each side of your car each time. Won’t be back."
