"Would give zero stars if I could. I parked there for thirty minutes and was charged $40! When I asked the guy at the front desk, he said it was event parking and started yelling at me “How did you not see the sign”. The sign in question was listed with all their other prices and did not put the event date or title so it looked just like a general guideline. The customer service was horrible. The man working there would not let me finish a sentence before cutting me off and yelling at me. There was no leniency regarding the unclear signs even though my ticket was time stamped for just thirty minutes."

"As a monthly customer, I have been parking here for many years. Even when I was working remotely for a year and a half, I kept my monthly status. In all the service has been good but it has trending down. The new overnight person is as poor as they come. The attendant exhibits an aggressive demeanor and mannerism and constantly makes you move your car after you already parked it in a spot not blocked by a cone. Today, while running to catch my train only to be called back to tell me to move my car. I am tired of this early morning aggravation. If you do not want people to park in certain spots, then put a cone or go back to parking customer cars as you did pre-covid."

"Some of the staff are curt and unwelcoming, acting as if they don't want us parking here when we drive in. Asked us "when do you leave" quite tersely before pointing us around the parking lot to a certain spot instead of the spot we initially backed into. I understand why they'd do this, but it doesn't excuse the bad customer service. It's not the kind of attitude that invites frequent patronage. I hope this is improved in the future."

"KEPT US HELD HOSTAGE FOR HOURS & HOURS AFTER AN EVENT AT PRUDENTIAL CENTER!! Should be illegal. Waited hours to get out of this small parking lot with hunderds of other baffled and tired humans. This was one of the craziest experiences of my life, didn't get home till 3am. Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this place. Let us out!!!!!!"

"As a monthly member I am very pleased with the staff at the lot. They are always friendly and courteous. They take the time to recognize people and their cars. I feel confident leaving my car with them. No matter who is on duty I am always greeted and wished a great day."
