"If a negative star was an option, they'd get it. I've frequented this gas station several times; however, my last experience was horrible. When I walked in, the clerk was on his personal computer and I had to ask for help- he didn't acknowledge me but went to the register and asked "what you want." As I proceeded to pay, the stormy weather affected the payment methods- the credit card machine wasn't reading my chip or the swipe. When I asked the clerk if he could "type in" my credit card number, he became belligerent and started screaming "how can I help you? You give me money I give you gas." told him was asking a question so he didn't need to be rude and he told me "you people have problems, that the problem." I cannot believe he made that comment; needless to say I will never go back and hope the owners give the clerk some customer service training."
