"I appreciate the whole service team at this location. I had an issue with the tailgate on my NX and the dealership it was purchased from was no help at all. I decided to give Ray Catena Service center in Larchmont a try and from the moment I got there the service was incredible. Cesar was my service advisor and he made sure to listen to my concerns and to answer all the questions I had. Although I wasn't able to get my work done the date of my appointment I still left the location happy just from the customer service alone. Cesar made sure to follow up with me as he promised he would and within days later my vehicle was there to get fixed. We had our IS250 here before for service and even then they did a wonderful job. We have a few Lexus vehicles and rest assured I would gladly bring them to Ray Catena Service center in Larchmont before I even think of going anywhere else."
