"We prepaid to park here for 2 days. We left our SUV here and Uber’d into Manhattan. Very safe area and both parking attendants I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. Our SUV was just as we left it when we came back out of the city. The Uber took about 30mins or so and was about $60usd one way. I would park here again in a second!"

"It’s Christmas Eve got forced into the wrong building garage because traffic would not let us out. Called for help within one minute trying to exit. Nastiest people would not budge demanded a dollar. No grace period, no concern this was a mistake, nor that it was Christmas Eve! Avoid at all costs! Wasted two more minutes trying to appeal to their humanity as they have none! Bah humbug money hungry scrooges! Terrible business and terrible customer service!"
