"I personally had a great experience, I payed around $50 for the car wash but my car was spotless and smelled like new after it was washed. They worked on my car about 30 minutes and took out everything from inside even my shopping bag as and cleaned the trunk. I’m happy with them. Definitely better where I used to go to before. I also had a female discount cause it was on a Tuesday, so that was a pleasant surprise:)"

"Used to be so good ! I’m really disappointed we used to travel here for the car washes for mine and my wife’s cars. It’s pricey but it used to be worth it. Not anymore .. $30 and my car is still dirty the cashier didn’t even say hi or thank you didn’t even acknowledge you as a person .. crazy horrible customer service. And the front guys washing and taking your car were talking dirty about the women who just walked inside while I was taking my kids out of the car. SMH. Sorry last time we will be back there."

"Absolutely horrible and a waste of money! The worst car wash I have ever been too. 10 min tops and my car was “done”. I loved the cornhole and the other fun stuff that you could do while you wait, but wow, that’s a distraction while they take our money and don’t clean the car. I bought “The Works” package at $27.99 and on the board it specifies “wiping the inside of the windows, the cup holders etc….. things that all other car washes do but don’t specify. Let just say that when I got into my car, the mats were all just thrown in and not clipped in the way it’s supposed to be. Horrible vacuum job and nothing was wiped down on the inside, not even the cup holders. My napkin and candy wrapper was still in there. I almost left disgusted but decided to walk in and complain. They then sent a women to go and do the job and while it was better, it still isn’t worth the money. We normally go elsewhere but I was in the area for the eye dr so I just decided to go to Closter Car Wash. I will never go back there again. Save your money and go elsewhere! They didn’t wipe anything down inside and when the car came out of the wash, they didn’t wipe anything on the outside either because we have all the soap marks all over the car especially in the front!"

"Got car cleaned 11/15/23 at 4:30 PM, saw later after leaving the mess. STAY AWAY from here unless you like to waste money, terrible place to get hand car wash! Car was still left with dirt patches, streaks, bird poop and they even forgot to put tire shine on one rear tire. Three guys cleaned car paid $35 for hand wash, purchased numerous fresheners and even left $10 tip. What a rip off…call and was told they don’t give any refunds but can reward. No Thanks!!! I’d rather go so spend the money to redo it at the Hand Car Wash in South Hackensack by ShopRite or Auto Shine in Teaneck than let them touch car again, at least I know it will be cleaned properly. Only came here bc it was close to were I was and needed it done right away. See pics"

"I think this was my 5th car wash here. Tuesday is discounted day for women so I usually go every two weeks. First few times I was really satisfied and highly recommended this place to friends and family. Today however my car was done so quick but just thought they worked fast. Nope, garbage still in the car, footprint marks still on the glove compartment(I come to get this cleaned from my teens sitting with their feet up all the time). I called over and asked if they were really done cleaning-to which they said yes but my front and back seats were not even properly wiped down. I noticed they cleaned the front floor pads but the rear they didn’t even vacuum. I tried to explain and ask to have it cleaned but they just looked at me and did not understand. I don’t really think it’s worth the money if they are not properly cleaning the interior of the car at this price."
