Since joining the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2007, Dr. Toma has led several critical programs. He heads the Chronic Total Occlusion Program and the Pulmonary Vascular Interventional Program at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Additionally, he plays a vital role in the Structural Heart Program, focusing on the aortic and tricuspid areas. His interests also extend to intracoronary imaging and mechanical circulatory support.
