"I saw Dr. Buriak for 6 years. My partner also saw this doctor for a short period of time. She denied his prescription after making him jump through hoops and get approved for all sorts of things so he stopped going to her. I had no issue with her for a while although I did have to do a lot of things to continue being approved for my medications. I stopped taking my medication for a while but felt it was best to get back on them. She asked for a drug test to make sure I was taking the medication, which I was. The first test was oddly inconclusive, so I gladly went in to take another. I got no response back and thought everything was normal. I had no reason to think otherwise. My Rx needed to be filled again so I called for a request and they said they would put it through to the pharmacy. I called two more times after nothing happened. I needed the prescription the next day at this point. Finally a staff member claimed I failed the drug test and the medication was not in my system, which I know for a fact to be a lie. I don’t understand why they would do this, or why I would suddenly fail after having no problems for so many years and no history of drug problems. The fact that they waited until I called to ask three times and needed my prescription is completely unprofessional. The prescription in question is a very low dose of the medication. This doctor must not keep track of their urine samples and doesn’t have the professionalism to notify their patients when something is wrong. The first urine sample I provided was claimed to be “inconclusive” and they did not notify me until I called them to ask about my appointment. They claimed that they’d tried to get in touch with me “for weeks” but there was not one missed call from their office. This kind of oversight is reckless, especially with patients that need their prescription. There are multiple poor reviews that state this doctor doesn’t care about your well-being and doesn’t consider the urgency of having a prescription filled. There are plenty of other doctors in the area. Don’t waste your time."

"Doctor Jessica Buriak is such a caring doctor. She's very passionate about her job, and makes her patients her top priority. She listens to concerns, doesn't judge you, and takes her time with you.
