"Bought a certificate for mutiple sessions for my fiance the individual who wrote out the ticket for the sessions made a copy that I witnessed her make for there records and was told they convenetly throw out there copies so they dont need to honor there side if you misplace your ticket not a good business practice"
"I had a small package like 11/2 years ago I moved to Watertown NY anyway I was hear for a month and my life iong friend found out found out I was in town and stopped by and she said come tanning with me and mom tomorrow we'll we called to say we would like to make an appointment for 3 people all at 7 pm they said no problem so we arived gave our names and they still had 3 session on my card I love that place very friendly staff I always come back my family lives here.
