"Overall a nice place but service felt very rushed and gel manicure is chipping after 24 hours. I was hoping I had found my new nail spot in Southampton but will have to keep looking as I’ve never had gel chip so quickly — disappointed to have spent the money on nail art that likely won’t last even a full week."

The costumer care is amazing so is the place it’s super clean and pretty, definitely recommend. Ask for Kandi if you want the perfect set of acrylic or tip nails."

"I was charged $80 for a hard gel manicure and they barely filed them down, looked like bubbles, and lifted after barely a week. Hard gel is the strongest gel you can get and typically last at the very least 3-4 weeks. When they had me put my hand under the UV light it was abnormally painful, felt like fire on my nails. I went to my regular salon to have it fixed it took over an hour to remove the hard gel. Overall this place is clean and friendly, but way overpriced for the quality of service. Would not recommend."

"I love this place. I tried another place in town for acrylics, and they lifted each time and I kept losing nails. Bestie's removed the old acrylics at a discount and also put on new ones that are the best I've ever had; and I previously had acrylics for 10 years. You also can't even tell they are acrylic, they look like my own nails. I'm here on vacation but will be going back to this place for the next few months and highly recommend this place to anyone."
