Please be aware of our cancellation and lateness policy: Rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled services total. Rescheduling with less than 8 hours' notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled services. Arriving late for your appointment will result in a charge of 25% of the scheduled services cost for every 15 minutes, and the appointment will be deemed canceled and fully charged at 60 minutes.
