"I was a customer of mayflower for a few years now. I love the way Rosie would do my nails and only she would do them! Unfortunately I can’t come here because I refuse to give the new owner my business! This place was so much better when Mary owned it! She is rude and nasty and very unprofessional! I called to make an appointment with Rosie and it’s hard for me to get there since I have two young children at home so I go when my husband is not working to watch the kids. I called because I had to cancel my appointment since it did not workout so I wanted to reschedule so the owner said “well I’m with a customer now I call you later” and she HUNG UP on me! I was in shock that an owner can do this to a customer! She also never called me back but that’s beside the point! As much as I love Rosie I will not be back to this place. That owner needs to learn some people skills if she wants to stay in business."

"I’ve been a customer of Mayflower since long before I lived in the area. I was pretty shocked to learn that Mary and her staff were no longer there and honestly perplexed that the new (I assumed) owners didn’t want to answer the questions of customers in the salon that day. It’s not that their answers were just curt or rude, sometimes they acted like they couldn’t hear them! A simple “Under new management” sign would have helped. Instead the walls are now covered with pricing, product advertisements, and service descriptions. A very different vibe from the years when Mary was in charge. The atmosphere doesn’t seem to be worth the drive from towns over. The nail tech who did my gel manicure was honestly very nice and efficient with her time. My nails looked beautiful. However, my manicure from Sunday afternoon has already chipped after a mere three days."

"After I paid in full, The nail tech refused my 17% tip telling me I owed her 25% then refused to paint my nails. Since when does a service provider tell you what they deserve? They should be embarrassed"

"My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage, the ladies at Mayflower Day Spa are so attentive and thorough. I called ahead and they were very accommodating appointment-wise. It was true to the hour. We had a great time, we left feeling amazing! We'll definitely be back."
