"I really tried to like my hair but unfortunately it’s not what I was looking for. And hey! The girl was really nice and she had a nice vibe. But I ended up disappointed giving the fact that I paid $280 (with tip included) and I got a color not near the one I was looking for and her suggestion was “you can always come and get a toner if you don’t like it” I’m not paying extra to get the color I initially asked. The screenshot is what I asked. And the other two photos is how it looks now. Mind you it hasn’t even been 2 weeks and it looks horrible."
