"DO NOT GO HERE!! 9 hours, with no results! They do not know what they are doing whatsoever! They tried to detangle my girlfriend’s hair with a small tooth comb DRY! Not only did they tangle and rip her hair, they also CUT a good chunk of her hair out and tried to hide it! Extremely disappointed, and to say I’m livid would be an understatement. I highly doubt that ANY of these employees are certified by the cosmetology board, but I’ll be sure to send a complaint."

"I've been coming to K&D for about 12 years now and I've never been dissatisfied with any of the services I've received. If I have an issue, I only have to speak up and it's resolved then and there. Over the years, I've done twists, human hair box braids, crochet, weave combos, goddess braids, cornrows... Each and every time, the stylists were quick, neat and creative and the braids lasted quite a long time. As long as you are transparent regarding your needs, wants and expectations, you will be matched to the stylist best suited to your needs. In each of the photos attached, I came to my appointment with no less than 5 online pics, each representing a portion of the style I was trying to create. They understood my crazy and put it all together PERFECTLY every time! Most importantly, during this pandemic, Nawa and her staff have taken every precaution to keep their clients and employees safe while still providing the best service possible. Love you ladies!
