"Unfortunately, I can no longer get my lashes done here. On Friday, November 3rd at 1:45 PM. I called to make an appointment for a hybrid set for Thursday at 6 PM. The girl who took my call first told me no one was available. She then placed me on hold, came back and told me Marilyn can do it. I showed up early and Marilyn was not there. I was told “we don’t take appointments at 6.” I was really upset because clearly this was not what I was told on the phone. Not only did I drive 2 hours round trip, but I leave for vacation in the morning and everywhere else was already booked for the evening. Please consider getting an booking system that sends out confirmations."
