"I went to the ULTA location in the Bay Shore Mall yesterday and was very disappointed, looks like the store is going out of business. I could not find items when I picked out colors of products that I needed. Nothing was in stock? Empty bins and what's worse ALL of the stations with tissues and cleaner for wiping you hands when you sample colors of lipsticks or shadow or concealer...were not only empty but they were all dirty with smears of product. CLEAN up if you want customers to feel comfortable there!"

"I went to get my hair blown out and make up done for a wedding at the Bay Shore NY location. Kelly was very professional and had a pleasant demeanor. She did an awesome blow out with curls using the round brush. She did a beautiful job with the makeup as well- at the end of the process I asked for an adjustment on the makeup as I prefer a thinner line for eye liner and she was happy to make the adjustment and took the time to accommodate my request. She also educated me on other services that the salon provides that she thought I could benefit from in he future. It was a nice experience and I looked great for the wedding."
