"While they did an OK job, they informed me after doing my pedicure that the color I picked was an additional $5.00 ... seriously? This was not gel, it was just regular polish. Seems shady to me, that you want to charge more after the fact. It's not like I can't afford the 5bucks, it's the principal of the matter, and for that I won't go back."

"Ok so yes they are so nice and really want to make you happy but they are soooo slow and have very limited skills when it comes to nails. It was my first time going here and I was there for 2.5 hours getting a new set with design. Which I had to teach them how to do the design. Including how to properly glue diamonds onto nails. I was polite and they were open to listening to me teach them but it cost me $106 for a stressful 2.5 hour ordeal. Plus I tipped $20 so $126. I won’t be going back only because I like to show up. Show a picture and have the girl just do it. This is not that place. I should have known better when she was trying to find the matching tip size for my nail and glue them on and that took 20 minutes. She filed my nails for 1.5 hours and then started painting and that took another hour because of the design. I asked her midway, “ya know I’ve been here for an hour and a half how much longer do you think” and she said “well a fill in takes an hour but a new set usually takes 2 hours.” I’ve never had it take 2 hours in my 15 years of acrylic nails. The prices were $50 for a new set $30 because I got gel polish $20 for the design and $6 because it was coffin shaped. I didn’t argue. Again they were so nice. But unfortunately I am not looking for new friends I’m looking for a place that does good nails and in a reasonable amount of time."
