"Ugh! This is so unfortunate. I went on a Groupon to get a full highlight. I usually get a honey blonde which is what i told my stylist. I believe her name was meghan. She did my highlight and I had to pay an extra $45 for the glaze which i wouldn’t mind had it been the right color. When she glazed my hair after the highlights she glazed it in a gray color which is the complete opposite of what i like. And, for some reason my hair is not as light as it usually is. I’m extremely disappointed. the first picture is the hair i went in with! Which is what i asked for. The second is what i left with very upset."
