"Never in my life have I heard it’s required to give 20% tip , I got a 55 dollar gel manicure and wen the lady gives me change , and I hand her 5 dollars for tip which I felt is good tip , I will not be back , she put her hands and I said I need 20% and said it’s required and instant on giving her 10 dollars , I won’t be back over here , I don’t care how good a job you think you are , unless ur self employed , there never should be such a thing or nor would I dare to ask ."

"They treat you horrible they’re not satisfied with 20:/: tips they tell you that’s all you’re going to leave me that’s all the tip you’re going to give me their nails come off after three days. Very bad service very rude very mean and very upset they’re looking for a $20 tip and they’ll tell you to your face you didn’t give me enough money for tip."

"The place was a disaster, the gentleman doing my girlfriend’s nails had his grandkids running up and down throwing chairs around. My girlfriend’s nails were over priced he was yelling at the other nail people. He put gel on her nails didn’t tell us there was an additional charge the gel wasn’t asked for. He was and the place was purely unprofessional."
