From the start, Jen has been generous, thoughtful and kind. She honored two gift certificates from within the past year that I attempted to redeem without realizing the ownership had changed. Because Jen agreed to honor them both, I was able to try different things with different people, with the hope of becoming a customer. Facials have been thorough and relaxing, manicure and pedicure as well. Jen and Kerry are welcoming and both have been able to answer questions that support the care I'm seeking.
