"They ruined my nails. Filed off gel nail polish with electric filer. My nails kill, they are so thin now my regular manicurist said at least 2 months to get my nails back."

"I’ve come here a couple of times in hopes my review would change but I can’t say it has based on my last experience. While it is very clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating, the sanitation practices are just not it. I would highly recommend bringing your own tools for the tech to use during your service. The service itself was hard to enjoy as the tech removed way more skin around my toes than needed. It was borderline painful. I rated it 3 stars simply because every experience here can vary and the pricing is very reasonable. It all depends on who you end up with in the end. TIP: I personally keep a set of the tools any salon would need in my car even if the establishment has a healthy sanitation practice."

"What a great Salon this is! It is clean and welcoming. I had the best pedicure that I have ever had. They are kind and very very thorough. I 100% percent recommend!"

"I went in for a powder manicure and had a lady who was rushing through and rushed me to decide on a color within seconds of stepping foot into the salon. It was clear they had over booked themselves and were not giving customers the time/care needed to do a safe and sufficient job. They got busy halfway through using the rotary file on my powdered nails and the lady switched with a man. This man proceeded to file my nails so aggressively that three of the five nail beds left were bleeding. When my friend asked if I were bleeding, he didn't say anything or make any effort to clean/disinfect the cuts. He then proceeded to drag the tip of the cuticle gel bottle THROUGH THE BLOOD. I didn't notice any efforts to sanitize this bottle tip before or after he used it on me, although I don't know what they do after customers have left. They also had horrible ventilation and it was hard to smell all the different chemicals throughout the manicure. Needless to say, it was the most unsanitary and painful manicure I have ever received and I would highly recommend that you find somewhere safer, cleaner, and with better customer service."

"My fiance had a manicure and pedicure done and I had a 30 minute back massage done, all around an excellent job!! The staff is friendly and the place is clean and neat!!"
