Kristin Bamonte, LMT, the heart of Path of Wellness, brings her extensive expertise and compassionate care to every session. A graduate of NY College of Health Professions, Kristin specializes in medical massage, combining techniques like Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue, cupping, and stretching to address chronic pain and support recovery from sports-related injuries and spinal disc issues. Outside the practice, Kristin enjoys creating resin art and cherishing moments with her family and their charming Doodle.

We proudly accept NYSHIP through Empire for Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Trigger Point Injections. Please note, a referral with diagnosis from a medical provider is required, and we operate out-of-network.
