"The middle aged Russian man does a horrible job. Twice i got my haircut from him. The first time he cut it too short when i gave him a specific hair measurement and he kept asking if i wanted it short, and i told him the hair measurement, and he said “i know, but do you want it short”. I said whatever the measurement i told him i wanted. He proceeded to cut my hair much shorter than number i told him. 2nd time i went couple months later he thinned out my hair too much with the hair thinning shears to the point where he gave me a noticeable balding area on my scalp. Other people noticed and pointed it out to me, and asked if i was balding! I’m sure it will grow back but this guy does not know what he is doing. Terrible barber, and is rough with the cutting and shaving where he’s hurting me often at times. I hope he didnt do any lasting damage to any of my hair follicles. This man should not be cutting hair!! He doesn’t know what he’s doing, and he definitely shouldn’t be working as a barber."

"All the women here do a great job. Mike either doesn't follow instructions or doesn't understand English. No buzzer. Scissor only. This isn't hard for the women to understand. Not only did I tell Mike no buzzer. He burnt my hair using the buzzer I asked him not to use. The women are great. 2x with Mike. 2x disappointed."
