"While we are grateful to have water parks, they’re truly not worth $18 per person. Can go to wet n wild for a little more $ and get a lot more and be able to take your own food and drink for free. The food here is not good at all and it’s quite pricey. Can’t bring water in nor floaties. I feel sorry for low income families that struggle to afford these CITY water parks. I truly believe $10-$12 per head makes more sense for what you get here, making it more affordable for families."

"This is a great water park! It isn't too big or too crowded, and it's clean. The prices are great and the staff is super friendly. There are tons of lifeguards, and they are the most vigilant group of lifeguards I have ever seen. The only improvement I can see is more umbrellas for the abundance of chairs."

"We had an excellent experience. Great for younger kids, my 10 year-old and 6 year-old really enjoyed themselves. The staff were incredibly friendly, the ladies who did the bag inspections were very helpful and informative. The lifeguards were focused the entire time. I watched a security officer enter the pool to approach a 2 year-old who was unattended without a life jacket. She kindly brought her out of the pool and went to find the parents. I was impressed that they even noticed this kid was alone, there were a lot of adults mulling around and I had assumed she belonged to them. The food was delicious, my kids really enjoyed the ice cream. I also wanted to give kudos to the facility for having adult sized changing tables for special needs families in the family bathroom. As a former home healthcare nurse I know the importance of having access to these kinds of facilities, and I have never actually seen one of those in person."

"We booked a cabana and paid the ice chest fee for a small group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids). We met up at the park in separate cars and paid $32 for 2 tickets (on top of the $75 cabana and $25 chest fee). I didn’t realize nothing is included with the cabana except refills of soda. Staff is rude. I had chips and the said we couldn’t bring in outside food although we paid the ice chest fee. I definitely won’t be back. Expensive for what you get. The staff were super rude. They take breaks so the children need to exit the pool when this happens. I definitely recommend wet n wild or the Elmont Resort instead if your going to spend that kind of money. The food was TERRIBLE!!! It’s like frozen reheat and serve ranging from $13-15 and it was gross."

"Really fun for everyone. They have a big pool, a small pool and play area for smaller kids, a lazy river and two big water slides, along with lots of cabanas and lounge chairs. The food is fairly priced, they have pizza, nachos, fries, funnel cakes, churros and a few other items. It's $6 for unlimited drinks (wristband) and they have fountain drinks, lemonade and water. The kids had a really great time, and the lines for the slides were not long at all. Employees were really great also. Hope to be going back soon!"
