"Stopped by to use the vacuums and get a car wash before a trip. The vacuums worked great and they have a lot of them so even though it was busy I didn't have to wait. I liked the automated purchasing system for the car wash and it was quick. However, when I pulled out of the car wash I had multiple diagonal streaks, hopefully not scratches, across my windshield. Trying to figure out how to get rid of these since a few of them are directly in front of the driver's side and I've tried glass cleaner a few times already with little success."

"like to complain. I like the quick service but yesterday everything went to pieces. I purchased a reoccurring month membership I believe in January 2024. I use it at least 2x a week. I used it last week and everything was great but yesterday my tag didn't work. You can receive a tag unless you pay for it and it's supposed to be a reoccurring charge. I was at the location on Sheridan dr (Tonawanda). Management came to my car and I had to purchase a new sticker and that didn't work. I sat there for 30 minutes.. I was NOT scamming anyone. I don't need to or waste time. Finally after 30 minutes the manager let me through the gate and charged me but the tag still was not activated. I drove 10 mile to the transit location and they changed me an additional $23 (rounded up) to activate the tag and I said to the guy that I was charged already for the tag. I had to call my bank to stop the original charge from going through. I reiterate, I'm not trying to scam anyone but it felt as if people thought I was. I don't want an insincere apology. How can we fix this and make it right"

"I pay a very reasonable monthly fee that allows me to have my car washed as many times as I wish. If I paid as I go it would cost me at least triple more, great to use during winter months keeping the salt off my car. Their car washing machine is maintained and does a great job. I kayak and have kayak racks mounted during the summer months, with one button they adjust the height of drive through so I don’t have to remove my kayak racks. They also have an area for you to park with free very strong vacuum you can use after your car has been washed."

"Very disappointed. I’ve been a good customer and for some reason they are not letting me get a wash with my bike rack on the car hitch. Very odd because I saw a jeep with the spare tire on the back go through? FYI- Delta Sonic will allow a wash with the bike rack - but they are more expensive. Soo I guess I will have to use delta sonic in the summer and this place in the winter when I take the bike rack off. Too bad…"
