- Booking Notice: Abbey is typically booked 10-12 weeks in advance, so the first available dates shown on our website are accurate.
- Gift Certificates: Any gift certificates expiring in 2023 are valid for use in 2024.
- Cancellation Policy: We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Missing this window will result in a charge of 50% of your service cost. If no credit card is on file, you must settle this before booking another appointment, or an invoice will be mailed to you.
- Appointment Reminders: You will receive a text or email reminder 24-48 hours before your appointment. Please use this opportunity to inform us if you cannot attend, allowing us to offer your spot to someone on our waiting list.
- Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may lead to a shorter session or rescheduling.
- Professional Environment: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any inappropriate behavior. Any violations will result in immediate termination of the session and full charges for the visit.
