"Alex and his support team were terrific in assisting with our construction and purchase of our sauna. We custom built, with their help, a 6' X 10' with an 8' ceiling. He advised us throughout the purchase of the HUUM heater and, of course, all the cedar. When we accidentally broke a side glass to the sauna front wall, he quickly sent out a replacement so our contractor could continue in a timely fashion. He also answered myriad questions about the wiring and hookup of the heater itself. Thanks to the team and especially to Alex for being good at what they do. In today's world that is rare, and wonderful to discover."
