"I like the new Byrne Dairy store, we really like the milk in glass jugs, we have been trying to move away from plastic containers. I like the new gas pumps and the latch on the nozzle to keep the gas flowing without having to hold the handle. My one complaint is the "Tap to Pay" on the pumps does not work, and yet they added stickers for "contactless payment" on every pump. I have asked about it in the store and I have sent 3 emails to the corporate email on the website without any responses. I finally thought maybe its just this store, so when we were in Waterloo last month I tried "Tap to Pay" on the pump at that store and it did not work either."

"This location has the friendliest Management and Staff that I encounter on a daily basis. Jess and her team work very prompt with getting daily tasks done such as waiting on customers, attending deliveries all of the above they are truly a great team if something needs attention they are taking care of it right away! I will continue to do my business here at this location the store is always top-notch with cleanliness and stocked shelves! The staff and management of this location deserves a five-star with customer service! The food prepared daily is fresh and delicious! Thank you for your dedication!"

"Everyone is usually really nice. Me and my boyfriend moved here not to long ago though and a worker named Emilie started being friendly with my boyfriend and when told he had a girlfriend she has started being rude, throwing lighters at him, and being overly unprofessional about her position. Will be calling for manager if this behavior doesn't stop."

"First time checking this one out and first impressions are everything. This was a great first impression. The staff is very active and attentive making the flow quick and efficient. Their deli is delicious and very fairly priced. The attendant making my sandwich was super fast but very detailed and asked me about everything I wanted on it which I appreciated. From the deli to the main register you are greeted with smiles and open people. Nice clean place and plenty of space for cars in and out. Check this place out if your a local Endwell resident."
