"Needs better staff communication. The Provider should at least have the curtesy to talk to the new pt. The treatment coordinator Christiana is a knowns it all and she is also very unprofessional and rude. At my first appointment she kept going on and on about her daughter and the new college that she was getting in. I mean that is great for her daughter but I was there to talked about my teeth not about her daughter, specifically after I told her I when in my lunch. I was in a rush I just wanted to talk about my treatment plus it was my 1st time going there. Went there twice and didn’t even meet the doctor. Christiana was Very rude didn’t even save my paperwork because she thought I wasn’t going back for treatment. Even that i told her I would think about it, she kept telling “I don’t think your going to do it” she even gave me all my paperwork to bring home because she thought I was not going to do the treatment. Coming from a dental assistant and as a patient I was very disappointed I don’t recommended this place at all there are so many great places out there. I only went there because somebody recommended it."
