"Rude new and existing staff.. and honestly completely different environment. we have been with them for over 10 years and this last month i have had to reschedule which isnt normal for us, and they call me today and lie and say that i called to cancel an appointment i confirmed the same day i have been waiting to be seen for weeks , which in reality they canceled on their end for booking incorrectly which happens so they should have owned up to it and accommodated , honestly baffled"

"I had some cavities and a root canal done today with Dr Rypl and Karen his assistant. I was very nervous but he is wonderful and it didn’t hurt at all. They are very calming and were kidding around with a new assistant helping. He has a great bedside manner, is confident and knows what he’s doing. Plus they are a one stop shop you don’t have to go to an endo doc for the root canal etc because they do everything there. I will be a repeat customer for a long time to come."

"I had not been to the dentist in more years than I care to admit, so I was nervous and anxious. I am so glad that I found this practice. The office is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Dr. Ripple and Angela were wonderful. Angela explained everything she was doing and kept making sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Ripple was also great at telling me what needed to be done. He even put my X-rays on the tv and showed me each one! The front desk girls are friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful office and I highly recommend them."
