"I had made an appointment for my high school reunion she canceled my appointment and gave my time slot to another Client stating they had a prom and needed to be seen , I was upset at first but just rescheduled it because I figured she was just really busy .the next day I called to confirm my appointment and no one bother to answer or even return my phone calls so I decided to reschedule online for the following week , when that week came I called since I never heard back and again no one answered or bothered to return my messages .Very unprofessional you don’t cancel a clients appointment because you feel another is more important I’m a paying customer as well. If you aren’t going to run your business professionally take your information down and close don’t waste people’s time ."

"I was there for a total of 7 hours. She was unprofessional and I had to wait for her to get there (after she rescheduled the day of appointment). I have never gone back nor will I refer ANYONE to her."

"I posted this review on Yelp earlier. I just want the business owner to see it and address the complaints and issues that clients are having and posting about. So, after researching the reviews for this salon, I decided to give it a chance. A lot of reviews were negative and described the salon as unprofessional. Well, I didn't want to agree with the reviews, but I am sorry to say that I have to agree with those negative reviews. I am supposed to have an appointment right now, but when I arrived to the office building that it is supposed to be in, the person at the front desk said that this salon is no longer there. I was confused and checked to see if I missed whether the address changed. Nope. The address is the same as the place I arrived to on the website, google, google maps, etc. Weird. I tried to call the number on the website, which is the number that I used to call and book the appointment before. The phone number is unreachable or out of service for some reason. So, I'm pretty upset because I really need to take down my weave and need a haircut. I also feel bad for the business owner, because she just lost a client, and this is how she is going to lose many clients if she doesn't improve the very things that people complain about in their reviews. She knew I had an appointment, why didn't she try to contact me if something was wrong?"

"She was very unprofessional. She was acting like she didn’t wanna be there. She brought her child to an 3.5hr process and all her attention was on the kid. She braided my hair wayyy to tight. When she was bleaching my frontal she didn’t even try to match it to my skin tone so it was to dark. And she cut my frontal to short. Don’t recommend this place again."
