"Aaliyah is the best!!! From my very first appointment she has been nothing but extremely kind, helpful and patient. She takes her time and answers all the questions I have. She does an amazing job every time! I cannot recommend her enough, she is very talented!! I have hand tied wefts and I have no complaints, the hair feels and looks so luxurious. The amount of compliments I get on my hair I truly cannot thank Aaliyah enough for making me feel so beautiful and for making my hair look amazing every time! "I did virtual consult with Mona for hair extension and paid $750 deposit. We did make a schedule for installation. Then had to reschedule twice due to extension shipment delay (which was frustrating). Finally I was told the hair arrived and went to the salon. We colored my hair. But the extension was unable to match my new hair color. I questioned how a 100% virgin human hair unable to accept any hair dye? It was a red flag for me and the hair was too soft and felt plastic. Mona said because of coating even virgin human hair is difficult to color. The texture of my hair was way different from the extension; but Mona tried to convince me that it was similar. After spending over 7 hours in the salon, we decided not to proceed with the extension. It was a waste of time but at least she refunded the deposit minus the coloring."
