"I did a great deal of research and went on numerous consultations before deciding on the best orthodontist for my son and we absolutely made the right choice. Too many of the other orthodontic offices seemed to be mass production. Dr. Jones was the only one to patiently walk us through the process and answer all of our questions. The consultation was free and I had multiple follow up questions before we decided. He made a 3D image of the teeth and jaws and showed how the teeth were growing in to help us understand the options and come up with the best plan to approach the issues. His office staff were friendly and helpful and did a great job of helping us navigate the insurance reimbursement options and set up an easy payment plan. They also have the most convenient office hours - other orthodontic practices had us pull the child out of school for visits while Suburban Orthodontics works totally around our schedule. We ultimately chose Invisalign, which was much more affordable than I had thought. When we have gone in for adjustments throughout this process I have been seen by Dr. Jones himself who is extremely patient and kind and gives us his full attention. Plus - he did a fantastic job - I highly recommend him!"
