"Dr. Jones has been my ortho for a long time now and he is a great Doctor. The receptionists however always seem to have a chip on their shoulder, but I feel like that's just the norm with dr offices, the front desk staff are always miserable."

"Dr Jones is the biggest liar I had ever met in my life. He portray to be the nicest guy ever before, but once the treatment is paid he turns into a devil. He even yelled at me with nothing but lies in front of all his workers saying: "I ALREADY TOLD YOU BEFORE THAT YOUR DAUGHTER DOES NOT HAVE ANY ROOM, HER JAW IS SO SMALL FOR ALL THE TEETH SHE HAS", coming from so called "doctor" I was completely shocked to the bone because in fact what he exactly told me before I agreed to start the treatment for my 9 year old daughter, was that; "she going to have a perfect smile, and that 9 years old is the perfect age to have braces". He never ever mention anything about her jaw size, nothing negative was said, otherwise I would not have given him my consent to handle anything, let alone handle my daughter's looks. I do not know how he is still licensed in New York State, I doubt he could even get qualified to ride a donkey."

"Update: check those fake 5-star review accounts. They mostly only have one review on Suburban. Dr. Jones is very friendly and professional. Update: over time it seems that the doc does not want to bother to explain things to me. Very few communication with the shortest answer possible. Guess the enthusiasm is mainly for the consultation when you haven’t paid yet. Update2: this has now become a scam. He keeps opening up new locations just to attract more customers, and what’s really on his mind is nothing but $$$. Appointment time and location get changed randomly without notification though “they’ve tried every effort”. Avoid at all cost. Advice from a 3 year patient."

"I brought my daughter here for consultation for Invisalign. When we were ready to start treatment I requested a treatment summary with breakdown of final costs after insurance coverage so that the cost could be split between my daughters father and I. I was told by the office manager who cut me off every time I tried to explain exactly what I was requesting that she would email it to me. Well never received it and I left several messages with no return call. Guess they are not interested in receiving our business. Very unprofessional business practices."
