"Whoever the young lady who was working the counter at 1:30 pm, was horribly unhelpful, rude and dismissive. Came to use the BOGO blizzard deal, but was just unsure on how to redeem the award. Girl at the counter, wasn’t sure how to operate the app. That’s understandable, however the attitude given and speaking down like I was stupid was not. Left without ordering anything because it’s not worth it giving money to an establishment with people like that. A little kindness goes a long way, something that young lady needs to learn. Edit: Why would I ever want to return to this establishment? What’s to say I’m not treated like that the next time I go? Train your staff, before you lose more business."
