Our Policies:

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have established a set of guidelines:

- Please adhere to your allotted time to allow fair access for everyone.

- Upon check-in, you'll receive a wristband indicating your booked activities and time slots.

- Treat our property with care; any damage or theft will be subject to responsibility and potential legal action.

- Be respectful of other guests and staff; inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

- Arrive on time for your booked sessions; a 20-minute grace period is allowed.

- Walk-ins are welcome, especially for dining, but please be mindful of our limited capacity.

- We prioritize your safety with regular sanitization and available hand sanitizers.

Dining and Beverage Policies:

- Patrons may order one alcoholic drink at a time and must finish it before requesting another. Please drink responsibly.

Cancellations and Refunds:

- Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

Capture and Share Your Moments:

Feel free to take photos during your visit and share your experiences on social media by tagging us! By visiting, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during your time here for promotional purposes.

Lost and Found:

If you lose an item, please report it to a staff member. Found items will be kept for 30 days before being donated to charity.
