"Here is a rather large change for this chain. No more free coffee Mon and no more per cup fresh made coffee. Why do these large chains do this? It seems the cost over run and product waste will soon tell the tale. The coffee will either be watery, burnt or not made. When you have something that makes your brand stand out becareful before you change it."
